Clubhouse Rental

Service Description

Members of the Woodgate of Sycamore community can rent the clubhouse for a variety of activities. The clubhouse rental includes use of restrooms, full kitchen, pool, gazebo, park, basketball court and tennis/pickle ball court. Parking on site. Once the request is submitted, you can complete the application, under Community Documents, and submit to the management company. The reservation will go Pending and is available until the deposit is submitted and application approved. You will receive and email when your date is fully approved. Your fob will be used to enter the clubhouse the day of the rental and will disarm the alarms when used. THE FRONT DOOR MUST BE KEPT SHUT AT ALL TIMES AND WILL BE REMOTELY UNLOCKED FOR YOUR GUESTS. Please note that the clubhouse is closed to the members the day of the rental but the pool area, parks, bathrooms and the pavilion areas are not. The pavilion area is not to be used as a large meeting area just for the reservation guests. The option to rent the pool area one hour before and one hour after normal pool hours is available, provided staffing is available and at a charge of an additional $25 an hour. Fees: Weekdays, Sunday - Thursday $50 and Weekends, Friday and Saturday $75 Deposit is $100 and sanitation fee is $50.
